Rambling...
Well, I am getting the hang of how things work, but I am still not entirely sure how to post my fics. I'm working on it though, lol.
On a very cool note which completely surprised me, one of my Dark Angel vignettes called, "Ancient Eyes," is nominated in The Broken World awards. I had no idea, lol! I am very happy about it. I'm not a very well-known writer, so it is wonderful to think that someone enjoyed "Ancient Eyes" enough to nominate it. I sort of thought it had been forgotten, lol.
I am working on another DA fic at the moment called, "A Step of Faith," in which Ben is brought back by Manticore, and goes to Terminal City. It is a fun challenge to try to write Ben, since we never really saw what he was like outside of his insanity. It is sort of hard though to describe logically what he did when he was crazy...that is a bit of a contradction, lol. But so far, everyone reading seems to think I am handling him well.
I am working on the part where Ben and Alec meet in the next chapter. That is especially hard because I want Alec to be a little cold, considering what he went through because of Ben, but at the same time, I want him to accept Ben, so I am trying to find a balance between the two. And I have to figure out what Ben could say to Max, and what she would say in return. I actually have been thinking about it so much, I wound up dreaming about it, lol.
That was my longest entry yet, but well...I did title it "Rambling," lol.
