[Abandoned are the heavy royal robes she usually wears in favor of this much more lightweight spring kimono covered in colorful butterflies. In her hair she wears the peach flower clips Elder gave her in amongst several butterfly pins that match her outfit. Ok, so the peach flower clips weren’t really cherry blossoms… but they were close! [Soul wasn't invite to the picnic nor knew about it and didn't when he departed for the gardens during the afternoon. Though the City is awash in pink, there is little disgust on his face. It isn't his choice of color, but it was still relaxing to look at. It doesn't take long before he passes Aska's spread of food and he doesn't notice his red eyes slide over to peek toward it.

His attention distracted with the food, he also doesn't notice the unearthed root jutting out from the ground and stumbles to his knees with an audible yelp.]

Tch. [He hoists himself up and after a quick pat, checks to see if anyone was watching his uncool trip.]

[Soul's eyes rolled - this isn't what he wanted from today. Not only did he embarrass himself in public, but it was where people could laugh and point at him. Cool thing to do was not let it look like it bothered him. As he dusts off his sports jacket, he eyes the girl questionably. Didn't she just laugh at him?]

[Oh, geez, he's not used to this kind of contact. With a strain and much hesitation he gets yanked over. Boy, did it look appetizing though. Soul stares at the dumplings and steamed buns. It only reminded him of what he'd they'd go over Tsubaki's place sometimes.]

[Well, whatever he decided to stay! So Aska exhibit’s a very rare moment of her Princess training by correctly pouring her guest a cup of tea and gesturing for Soul to help himself to whatever looked yummy to him. ]

We do. We love that all of the trees have decided to become so pretty! Most of them are very pale pink but if you look closer some petals have a little green or even darker pink on them.

It’s so pretty!

[The dumpling's now at his face. Soul looks at her then at the dumpling then back at her again. He frowns a bit then sighs as he picks it up off her hand. His eyes glance at her one last time before he pops it in his mouth, whole.]
