What a weekend. First off, PROM was fantastic. Everything seemed to work out for the better for everyone. So after an afternoon of getting my hair done at my sister's shop and getting Christopher's bouteneir (did i even spell it right?), i ventured back to my house to finish the process of getting ready. Christopher picked me up, looking handsome as ever, and after a few pictures taken by my mother, we were on our way to Nicole's house. There we took more pictures, and we met up with Nicole, Geno, Jill, Ethan, Sam, and Amy who came to take pictures of us all! Everyone looked great. After getting everything and everyone together, we gathered into Nicole's dad's white SUV. We didn't have a big problem finding the place, and it was really nice there. The view outside was spectacular. We said hello and sat down with a few more of our friends, and it was awesome from there! We ate, danced, and had a really nice time. My Christopher, you are an excellent dancer by the way!! The only minor flaw was the strap on my dress, but I didn't let that get in the way of my fun! After that we all piled back into the SUV and headed over to Sam's house for a bonfire! We had Smore's and talked and such. Mike stopped over as well. My parents allowed Christopher to stay at my house that night because we were so tired from the long evening, so he crashed on my couch. I worked the next day. Thank God it wasn't busy, I really didn't feel like dealing with that, or Lawrence. Geno, "You guys need to S P R E A D O U T." haha you do it so well, it makes me laugh everytime. Janet thought of the idea to go galactic bowling after, so her and Chris went to my house and asked my mother to get me clothes so I didn't have to bowl in my work clothes. Aww, you guys are too nice. Thanks again! Saturday I worked on that rechid I-Search project until it was time to go to Ali and Beatrice's Birthday Party. Chris and I picked up Sam and Josh, and we all went together. It was fun. I realized that people need to realize that not everyone is perfect. The real world isn't all about never taking chances or not bothering to meet a new person. People shouldn't make assumptions that someone is bad news or tries too hard to impress others. Put yourself out there, be who you are, and if people don't like you after meeting you once because they just made assumptions, then they really don't know you. Friends should respect you in all that you do and the choices that you make, and they should be right behind you supporting you the whole way. Those who can't maybe just aren't your friends in the first place. This has kinda been something that I've always pondered, but now I have been able to explain. Anyways, Sunday was work again and then my nephew, Jayme's 6th birthday party. I'm kind of dissapointed I missed a lot of it because of work, because it would have been cool to have fun. Not to mention the fact that there was a delux-size bounce house in my back yard! The second I got home, I jumped in it. It had this huge slide on the side and a large bounce area. Oh the wonders of being a kid, haha. Today I decided to take the day off, which is something that I NEVER do, but I was behind in all of my homework and more behind in I-Search on top of stress, so I took my chances. I allowed myself to work on everything for the entire day with allergies and just relaxed. I got everything done, with an I-Search final product now complete. That was the last bit of stress that I had to worry about, and now that it is done, the rest of the year should go byt preety fast..at least I hope. And i'll admit that the whole getting behind thing was my fault. There were times when I should have worked on that instead of having fun. I won't allow myself to do that again, though. Well, back to school for me tommorow. Prepare for make-up work and some sniffles. Later.
