and i have been trying this again and again and everytime i end up with the same result

me: for me it's hard to use the technique Klaus has used. I'm (1) too lazy for that and (2) I tried and I couldn't go deep enough into "meditation". So I tried other ways.

gowtham132: no if i count from 100 to 1 i very soon fall asleep say before i reach 90...because i have been doing this for years say like 4 or 5 so i do mostly from 25 to 1..
before i reach 10 most of the time i can feel m very relaxed
me: so at what point do you fall asleep?
gowtham132: say around 15 to 10
me: lucky you! It is good for fast sleeping at night!

me: when I tried to meditate as Klaus writes about it - I would always fall into either sleep of trance
gowtham132: i was taught about meditation say wen i was like 9 years old so i ve been doing it from den very irregularly but
me: when I began counting - I was able to go to 1 most of the times
gowtham132: ye even when i started i could reach 1 easily..but since i guess i ve been doing it for long i guess i fall asleep fast
me: so maybe you begin count from 5 to 1. This is what I did for some time
