i am so sore...25 push-ups, 100+ crunches, 1.5 mintues in the splits each side, left and right, rolling on the floor, kicks to my nose, turns till snort flys out of my nose, attitudes, hugs, laughter, penches,...damn its great to get back to dance...even tho my back n legs really hurt
