ok, for my own benifit cause I've been meaning to do this, but from andres suggestion.. here goes a list of where I have visited people, and/or took time to learn about the history/culture/people/etc. since 2003.
Europe:
France- Paris, Jaun le Pins, Nice, and Antibes; Italy- Florence, Rome, Bari, Trieste; Slovenia- Lublijana, Izola, Postojna; Croatia- Zagreb; Serbia- Belgrade; Greece- Thessaloniki, Athens; Germany- Cologne; Netherlands- Amsterdam; England- London, Bath; Spain- Madrid, Barcelona; Monaco.
America: (nothing in the northwest counts)
Georgia- Atlanta, Roswell; Alabama- Birmingham, Hoover, Aniston; Mississippi- Biloxi, Gulfport; Louisiana- Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Bogalusa, Lake Charles, Jennings, Slidell; Texas- San Antonio, Huston; Tennessee- Chattanooga; Arizona- Tucson; California- Sacramento, San Francisco, Rancho Cordva, South Lake Tahoe, and a little town up in Humbolt County that for the life of me I can't remember the name of.
That's about all the big ones that stick out in my mind. I haven't left yet for the south again, but it should be pretty soon now.
