Might Seem Odd Coming from me...
Now this may be odd coming from me... I am not an atheist, but would not consider myself spiritual in most senses of the word.... but when it comes right down to it, can science and "spirituality" go separate paths, or to complete the picture do we need the abstract of spirituality to compliment the cold nature of science?
When science is able to show me a picture of an abstract (ie: a molecular drawing of love, hate, fear, joy, regret... etc...) then perhaps the two can be exclusive, but as long as we are using the abstract to define the concrete then I say that the two are legs of a greater body than we have yet the capacity to understand.
