IE, where I geek out and go 'Isn't history cool, guys?!' So. Here goes.

Most of the people and places here are fictional, but since the true history of SOE is at least as interesting as anything I could come up with, a few of the real people involved made it into the story along the way.

I managed to read halfway through this before realising that I should really read the fic first... As soon as I have the time, I am so doing that. Looking forward to it!

(About the apple logo... My reaction to that is basically "well to me that's what it means." Just in case you hadn't seen that interview, I thought I'd give you the link.)

Ooh, that's very interesting! I think I'll have to change that bit to 'is commonly thought to be', but yes, to me, there'll always be that extra layer of meaning.

I must admit I was a little disappointed at the designer's answer, as he gets a few of the facts pretty wrong, and, hm, I get the feeling that he is not completely comfortable with it all, silly man. Still, the idea that there might be a connexion, whatever he says, makes me happy every time I look at my Mac.
