All the books I ordered last week arrived today while I was out. 10 Jeeves & Wooster ones, 10 Doctor Who ones and 10 Penguin Classics. Oh happy days! You know what, stuff proper revision, I'll just call reading 'English revision' and that'll do.
Also, am I the only person to find being wolf-whistled by 12 year olds incredibly unnerving? Yeah, it's creepy. Actually, not sure what's worse, either that I am attractive to them (which I doubt) or that I'm so geeky and unprepossessing that it is hilariously funny to do this. *sigh* I'm sure there must be some males in my neighbourhood who aren't leering weirdoes, it'd just be nice to meet them. And is it wrong to say 'Sod off!' to a 12 year old?
