(no subject)
Oh yes, the days of freedom are here! Broke up for the Easter hols yesterday so today I have spent doing a little bit of everything and nothing: checked emails, found all the 'lost' helpful hints sheets for my English exam, practised my violin (finally have a nice enough song that I can play reasonably well) and finished my book.
My pile of books that I will get round to reading at some point this holiday has decreased slightly, although I'm probably going to have to forcibly restrain myself from going to the library.
I still haven't got around to starting the dreaded revision, my excuse being that I can't revise if my folders are full of loose sheets. (Note to self: find French oral questions. Exam in TWO WEEKS! And oh heck I just remembered my teacher never gave me back my answers that she took in to correct... Damn and blast.)
I've started knitting another scarf (yes, I do know it's April, that it's beautiful weather and unlikely to get much colder, but what can I say? I like to knit while I watch TV). There's no real point to it. I mean, I started because technically I'm menat to have a regulation black scarf for school, but then I realised that by the time it's cold enough to justify wearing it I will no longer have to wear a uniform. But now I'm just keeping going cos, like I said, I like to have something to do. Must go buy some more black wool at some point...
