...When I first arrived here, I was warned of the sorts of terrible things that happen in this town on an apparently regular basis. I must say, however, I was quite unprepared for the sheer magnitude of actually living through such an event. Tell me - does the town often resort to exterminating the populace wholesale, or is this simply a particularly severe expression of our captors' displeasure with things?
