It has defintley been a learning experience here at Purchase. there are good days and bad, but they all come and go and then, they are gone. Days and weeks go by quickly here, but the journey to perfection is a long arduous struggle. I have realized so many things about myself and I really owe a lot of my new being to one person in particular- an inspiring individual.

1. Pride is not everything and my career does not finish at Purchase college-- this is only to bottom step of the next ladder to joy and success.

2. there is a difference between life and work. We work for other people (choreographers and such) but we live because of the blissful serednipity movement brings to our soul.

3. Sometimes you are more important than anyone else... no matter what show is coming up.

4. You cant screw with your health. It comes first. Our bodies are machines and have to be taken extra care of. Sometimes if you take care of a problem before it starts instead of being stubborn (not that I am) then you can catch it before it becomes a real hassle.

4. When the faculty tell you not to do more than 3 senior projects, dont EVER do 7-- you will die!

5. Friends are hard to come by in a new space, but there will always be those people that you automatically connect with and they will have your back and be there for you always, even when it seems like they are "distant" at the moment.

7. Roomates are the greatest and Christmas lights make the room look sooo much prettier.

Now I really need to do some laundry, buy a Christmas tree, and get some sleep.
