a little question: which software do you use to cap the episodes?
Cause mine, I can cap in HQ but it stills a little crappy HQ lol.. and yours are great

I use VLC Player for Mac. I set it to autocap (PNG because it caps better quality). When its done I convert them all to JPGs, then I try to go through and delete blurry caps.

I know there is a VLC player for PC but I'm not sure of its capabilities.
