I could feel the tension knotting my spine--poor Byakuya. You should have Renji fuck massage you daily to get rid of all those painful knots in your back. *nods wisely*

I did love Byakuya closing down, and even if it's wrong of me, Renji being hurt.
Particularly loved this exchange in the bar:

A hand descended on his back, almost sending him nose first into the bar.

‘Kensei,’ Shuuhei said reprovingly.

‘Yes, Kensei.’ Yumi trilled, ‘be gentle. Our Renji’s all pitiful and lovelorn. Save the rough stuff for Shuu, he likes it.’

Shuuhei spluttered into his drink

me=total Kensei/Shuuhei fan (even if it's inferred).

I love that we got to see Renji's POV too, and cannot wait for the next installment in this story!

xD I'm glad someone else liked the KenShuu...it's likely to get less inferred, because I love them together and I don't think I'll be able to resist giving them some moments.

Yeah, I thought that the whole time I was writing. He can't just make-out with the smexy yoga instructor, he has to bring in the angst and the bitchiness and the Kuchiki-ness. Ah well. I wouldn't love him as much if he wasn't such a prissy pain in the ass sometimes. :p

xD I hope so. I've started part 3, and Kensei and Shuu both feature heavily. Though I'm not sure if they're actually in a relationship at this point...if they aren't, they probably will be by the time I finish writing this. :p
