Too much going out and not enough work done!
Hi all,
Time for another post me thinks cos not done so for a while. Had major issues with my flight to Edinburgh for the festive season but after spending xmas at home and having a fab new year in our capital I flew back, uneventfully, to Guildford - the land of quietness and desertification. Campus was soooo dead, good thing though, cos got loads of studying done. Exam 1 down, 3 more to go in June (it's an easy life in comparison to Ed uni!)
Birthday last saturday saw me a year older (23!) and in London for tea at Circus Restaurant with Lau, Na, Alan, my sis and her friends. Fab food, I definitely recommend the place!! This weekend I went to the Ceilidh Club in london with lau, her boyf, na, her partner and alan for some strip the willown and canadian barn dance! Woohoo! Been too long since I ceilidhed!!! And it was only a fiver! Fab!! Ran up all the tube escaltors and even managed to catch last train home!
I hit reality today with the fact that I've 2 lab reports to do in 3 weeks and haven't got a clue wot im supposed to be doin! Don't like labs here, too many demonstrators saying do this, do that, not enough time to step back and think for yourself. Feelin suffocated!!! ARGH! Then when getting into it, happened to read emails again and realised that the online tests for SELEX had to be completed today and not the 28 Feb as i stupidly got into my head! Bugger it, think they went ok, will find out soon I suppose!
Ok, well off to celebrate the last of friends' birthdays in January, there's been so many! Not too late a night tho, uber amount of work to be done tomorrow!
