So while waiting for my classes to start at uni, I decided to drabble some nonsense out of my system:

Beyond the cameras, he could almost see the manager-hyung slap a hand to his forehead in exasperation before turning away. He figured he was probably going to get pulled in for a chat after the schedule tonight, but at the moment he didn't really care. The host recovered quickly from the shock of his last statement and awkward laughter echoed in the studio.
This was just who Kim Heechul was. A bitch. What he used to do out of honesty, he now did out of a perverse pleasure. The industry took away the one most important person to him and he was going to give as good as he got.

How was he meant to let people - let his fans - see him like this? With this ghastly scar marring his perfect features? It'd been two weeks, almost. There was still a visible scar. He didn't sign up to be a target of facial-marring projectiles.
He let out a strangled shriek at the back of his throat and tossed his hairbrush at the mirror. He hated it. All of this. This ridiculous job. The ridiculous expectations. His own ridiculous reaction. Everything.
