Since I am finally done obsessively sorting books for my kobo, I thought I would actually clean up a bit of my craft stuff. First up is my great big fabric order from Hawthorne Threads! (Also, I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who wants to order some fabric!)
Delicious!!!
Here are a couple of my absolute favourites -
Eyedrops in Dusk
Books in Brown
So much to sew!
So I have a little fabric problem. I have all these gorgeous pretties to make things out of, but when it comes time to actually make something, I totally balk at using the fabrics I own. I tend to make trips to Fabricland to get other, less expensve fabrics to use instead. Which is all well and good, but what am I saving them all for? The mysterious "perfect" project that is never going to come? I have to fight to keep my hoarding tendencies down, so this can become a serious problem.
Besides,
there will always be more and more and more pretty fabrics to buy.
(I made a little montage picture of some of my favourites since I'm sure that no one will click on all the links LOL.)
Lastly, my wrist is getting sore from being over used at the computer, so I am wearing a wrist brace for a couple days. SO ANNOYING, since it's on my right hand and my left hand is pretty useless. Arg. OH WELL. Better to suffer through a couple annoying days then to let it go, develop into carpel tunnel (or worse carpel tunnel if I already have it), have to have surgery and wear way more then a little brace for 2 days. BLARG. WORST CASE SO THERE.
