(no subject)
Uggg... bad cramps today. Mean! Mean! I have to go to the clinic tonight - I'm pretty sure that I have a bladder infection, and it took a lot of work to talk myself into going to the doctor! I was worried that this would be the start of a new cycle of bladder/yeast infections. However, not going to the doctor doesn't make it go away, and I don't want a kidney infection. Sigh. It begins! I was hoping to get an appointment with my doctor, but she is on vacation. So I have to go tough it out at the clinic tonight. :( Wish me luck!
Ever have one of those days where your to do list gets longer and longer and the done list actually seems to shrink? When did I get so much stuff to do?!?!
I have new Lego! We started to carry a bit of HP Lego, and since we get our discount I was all over that! I now have the small Freeing Dobby set, and the Hogwarts Express set. I am hoping that I will be able to order the Diagon Alley set after my birthday! Here's hoping! It turns out that one of the older Hogwarts Express sets actually comes with a Platform 9 3/4. I found the instructions online and build my own set! :D I ordered it all online, and I had to order all the pieces from about 5 different sellers, but here's hoping it all comes! I also found a troll, so now I can act out the first book! Glee!
I've been looking at all the original Harry Potter related sets out there, and some are AMAZING! I wish I could do all that! But I really am not good at just making it up myself, I need instructions! But they sure are super cool to look at!
I've been doing a lot of sewing, but I put it away earlier this week to work on my cross stitching, I have Teddy's present done, and I've been working on my Final Fantasy 10 piece. I am finally almost Yuna's hair! Hurray! :P
Been watching a lot of movies with Jenny, a coworker who lives down the hall and just had a baby! She loves the classics like me, so we have been watching North and South, Wives and Daughters and next up is Little Dorrit. North and South is so so good, almost as good as Pride and Prejudice! :D
For my birthday this year I am hosting a cookie decorating party! :D I am too excited about it! I think a few people are going to arrrive - hopefully not too many haha. I am super excited about it though! I have never decorated cookies before, and what better way to learn then with a bunch of friends? PS - Anyone who wants to come totally can. You just have to get here! :D
I spent a couple days cleaning out the kitchen cupboards. We had expired food in there from 2008!! Ewwww.... So now I have a list of what's in the cupboards. Hurray! I have to clean out the fridge, freezers and bottom cupboards still, but organization isn't far away! I also want to go through my craft stuff - I have way too much and a lot I never use, so I want to get rid of some, if I can. Here's hoping!
Value Village had a sale on Monday, and we did good! :D Teddy got a bunch of new clothes (hurrah!), Audrey got some things, I didn't get any clothes but I found some misc items, and I managed to get a nice number of baby things for Katy.
