I found a pic of me in a race last week (I was browsing online).. this was taken a few months ago thankfully & my training has improved my fitness and reduced some of my excess since then!.. what a pained expression on my face.. lol!! and no I'm not putting in a link to it!!
14 miles last weekend, went well. I'll be having another try at 18 miles this coming weekend, then easing back before my 20 miler in a few weeks time! so little time left!!!!
