Is it reasonable to assume Impulse sneaks in for video game battles of Guitar Hero and the like with Il Palazzo? And of course running into Excel doing stuff whenever.

Awwwwww, yes. Il Palazzo will never, ever, ever, ever, ever admit it, but he's super lonely right now, what with God and Mia gone and Excel out of commission.
