just went to my first AA meeting....and my first alanon meeting...very interesting. a little too god centered for me but still interesting. i can see what personality characteristics i need to work on and how i can work on them. i can see why they're there...this predisposition to alcoholism is not just a substance abuse thing...but also a personality thing. a little scary.
