In the eye of the beholder.

You look in the mirror. What do you see?
A nose that is too big? A small pouch of fat in a place where it should not be? A lopsided smile? Eyes that are too small? Too thin? Too fat? Too short?

Yet, there is someone are many people out there who would look at you and see only beauty. There are people out there who find you gorgeous. There are people out there who look at you and are filled with tenderness, or desire, or both.

This is not a romantic, dogmatic notion. This is a fact. This is not some unproven philosophy such as "there is someone out there for everyone", designed to make every snowflake out there feel better about him/herself. This is a simple fact: Everyone has their own standard of beauty. Sure, most of us would agree that Scarlett Johannson and Margot Robbie are beautiful... but nearly everyone can find someone they like better than the formerly mentioned.

Everyone has their type. Some guys like thin girls. Some guys like extra-thin girls. Some guys like thick girls, and up to extra-thick. Some guys like short, tiny girls with almost nonexistent boobs; others like Amazon-like, strong looking girls.

It is even less daunting for guys. Girls, as it turns out, are even less driven by looks than we fellas are. Sure, most women would look at Chris Evans or Chris Hemsworth and find them good-looking... but a much smaller number would take a chance on a good-looking guy based only on his appearance. With women, chemistry means a lot more than a simple "well, he is hot."

The point is this: You think you're ugly? It does not matter. Your opinion is not important. Many people disagree with you, and they are a superior number than you.

...and among those people, there is bound to be some whom YOU will find attractive as well.

Patience.
