First day of telemarketing...
I was on the phones for about 2 hours and made about 300 calls. Of those calls I talked to about 25 people and didn't get a single application. Was it miserable? No, not really, but time will tell.
I finally got a call back in on the the apps that I put out. It is more phone work at an insurance company in Glens Falls. The important key here is that I don't think it is cold calling and I don't think that your income is based on sales. I'll be giving them a call in the am to see what it is all about.
