Random's a quiet person, when he wants to be. Unfortunately, opening the door into a sound proofed room above a loud club is just never subtle at all, so that fails spectacularly.
Well, anyways, Random's there, looking flushed and happy and closing the door behind him.
Ramon doesn't look up from the computer but smiles anyway, because there's only one person that would come in without sounding the buzzer. Knocking doesn't work on soundproofed rooms, after all.
'Hey. I might. I dont know if I'll have time - I have to go to Milliways later on, and I'm organising some stuff here.'
Things that he knows he has to tell Random about in advance. He did promise he would.

'Fine. I'm sure I can manage one. I'll come down before I leave for the bar then.'
He pushes papers away from where Random's sitting, then leans back in his chair.
'I've got my eye on a few more places around here. Useful for...lots of reasons. I need to get hold of them.'
No details yet. He'll see whether the implications of expanding bother Random first. Then he'll have an idea where he is.
