He'd asked for one day, where it was just them. No bar, no other people to bother them. Just one day where they could be together. There's still a possibility it'll be the last time

He doesn't wake up for a very long time. Not till the first of the brighter sunlight begins to stream through the window, across them.

Then, he shifts, sighing happily, and garbling out some of the usual early morning nonsense.

"Maybe for you, in blue baby..."

It makes him smile, like always. And you can never be sure, with Random, whether that means he's actually awake or if he's just on the verge of waking or if he's still asleep properly. So Ramon doesn't move much, he doesn't want to disturb him. But he does lean down and plant a soft kiss on his head.

He's greeted with a sleepy blink and a half awake smile, as well as Random tugging himself up and giving Ramon a drowsy kiss.

After that, he pulls back, processes, and hazards:

"Morning?"

Ramon smiles and says, 'Si. Good guess baby, what gave it away?'

He tucks some stray hair behind Random's ear and attempts to flatten down the rest of the mop. But not too much because he likes it messy.

'Sleep well?'
