so I have a interview on Thursday, it would be a promotion, if offered I guess i'll just have to see how much more money it would be...it's only one step up, the starting salary for it is lower than where i'm at b/c im almost at the midpoint for my grade...so we'll see. I dont mind giving up being a teleworker if there is more money involved. It is still a call center, but not for members or providers, it would be agents. the staffing lady said they can be pretty demanding people, but I dont know what is worse, a demanding person that may know their stuff, or a dumb ass that signs up for insurance and doesn't have a clue as to what he signed up for. I posted out just to kind of see if my resume would get any attention, I was trying to hold out for a different position that may support teleworking, so if all else fails perhaps something better may come along later. otherwise I should be back home working by march, back to teleworking on what i was just trained on. i'm excited at the prospect of doing something slightly different though, so hopefully something happens sooner rather than later...it's only been almost 9 years in the same department.

the prospect of change has me contemplating other changes, so that's nice. I've just felt kind of stagnant for awhile. content, but stagnant.

In other news, we may be taking Layla to Disney World in the next month or two, before it gets ungodly hot. heh, I wonder if those mickey mouse hats would cover her silly hairdo (HER SHAVEN BANGS). she has been talking up a storm lately, it's really neat seeing that finally seem to come together. i mean she's talked for awhile, but all the sudden it's like she's talking indepth like a regular adult. she has been singing and dancing alot lately, making songs up. her latest topic for a song: Dropping a deuce. thanks dad!

Lucas has actually been talking lately as well, seems to be quicker witht hat than layla was, but i guess having an older sister around helps. if only i could get him off the bottle, hes 18 months, but wont really drink his milk out of the sippy. he'll do water out of one.. i guess I shouldnt bee too concerned the dr said by 2, but I had layla switched over by 15 months. ok enough boring kid stuff for those that dont have the kiddos. hahaha layla just announced that Lucas has dropped a deuce. I guess I will tend to that!
