Seriously hot and silly, fun and romantic all rolled into one. And how awesome is Jor-El for making him memorize Shakespeare? I'm still trying to figure out the necessity of it unless it was just for memory exercise and historical significance. Certainly came in handy for impressing a literary buff like Chloe though ;) She made him totally out of control, while subconsciously in control, she gave him her own brand of redK high. I'm wondering if she remembered the parasite incident too. I'd so love a follow up fic on this. While she's in Star City with Oliver she starts to remember what happened that night and confesses to Oliver that she still has feelings for Clark, rekindled feelings due to a wildly out of control night thanks to Zatanna. It makes sense to have taken them back a few years when everything was simpler and they still both had their unresolved feelings glaring them in the face. ;) Around Abyss, Oliver was still hung up on Lois and even though Lois was starting to feel for Clark, Clark wasn't really into her that way, however he was lonely.

Re: the Shakespeare -- I doubt the Artic AI was thinking about buffing up Clark's seduction skills. Mostly I was thinking of the scene in Superman: The Movie in which Marlon Brando (I think) recites "Trees" to Christopher Reeve in the Fortress, and how much I think Jor-El would have wanted Clark to have a real education.

Sadly, I don't think there's any canon indication Chloe remembers the parasite incident -- I think we'd have seen some indication in Abyss if so. *sad face* I'm not sure I'd want her to remember this night, either -- at least not in a canon context. I think it'd be a huge load of guilt.

OTOH, I love putting these guys through hell. Maybe there's a sequel in the angst!
