Scotch of the Evening
Was Auchentoshan Three Wood, which, it appears, is no longer being made. It started very clean but had a very rich, sweet finish -- I could taste the "caramel" notes at the end. It was very pale in the glass -- not at all as brown as in the photo.
Would Lex drink it? I don't know. It's not terribly expensive, but it is considered "rare and discontinued". I think he might serve it to a politician he didn't particularly like but needed to flatter by telling him there are only "x" many bottles of this left in the world.
