Oscillation.
Well, I got back a few days ago. on the 9th.
I decided to stay out a few extra days to stay with Gill and Rachel, 2 of my awesome cousins.
Anywho, we took Rachel to the air port to fly home, *we as in gill, uncle glen and I.*
They Live in BC, which is unique :S.
anywho so they gave me to aunt Bernice to drive me home cuz they were going the other way. I got home hooked up the cables and such.
The last few days are boring about me obsessing about oscillation circuits and oscillation crystals.
An oscillation is to interrupt a frequency, electricians have them depending on their job.
I bought an FM transmitter on Wednesday.. Anywho back to today, I Left got starburst and caught the bus to the library, well sort of, but there was the cutest girl ever, and i gave her a starburst, with her Mom's permission, because I dunno, I Just had to make my deed for the day complete. She said hi and made me all cheery, so I HAD TOO!!!
anywho, I got off and walked to the Library to Renew my card, to find out that..... I NEEDED MY MOM'S ID!!!! Apparently they have been loosing a lot of books and such to fake library cards.
So i went there for nothing, so I went to Gooch's Hobby shop after i left, to find out that they only carry model hobbies and such, no actual electronic kits, oh well i should've phoned ahead.
I walked to portage avenue, a few blocks, anywho I see Jenna and her friend on the buss * people from school *, I talk then get off and I come home.
a few hours ago, at like 11- 2 or so, I fixed the computer my dad gave me cuz it pooped out on me again, I moved the circuit boards around.
I took apart the dud monitor, it was FRIED lol, but the biggest capacitor I have is 400 volts, which sucks.. But an average house hold's wall plug only gives 110 volts :)!!! A capacitor stores electricity so monitors can work properly. And in an even of a surge it captures most of the electricity that could damage parts, then again, they do have Fuses in the monitor.
Anyways, i better get going, Later gators.
