This day in history... the smurfs were born!!!!
I know I have been incomunicando for a very long time. I have been planning on posting a serious post next week... when the stress officially stops, but I had to through this out now.
I have my igoogle page set up with a few widgets, and one of them happens to be, "This Day in History..." and todays historical fact is that on today's date in 1958 the smurfs were created.

As cool as that is, there is something even cooler.
A year from today the first 3D Smurf movie is going to be released!!!
Which is going to mark their 50th anniversary for those who don't want to count. And the movie is going to be the first in a trilogy, so there is going to be tons of smurfiness to look forward to.
