Videogame tournaments happening September 30th
See the thing above? Yeah, that's right, videogame tournaments are happening September 30th unless I'm dead beforehand-and unless one of you kill me, that's unlikely.
They start at 8:30 and finish at 11:30...and no, you cannot stay for the movie for free. Well, maybe I'll forget, but come on ya cheap bastard!
This Friday, September 2nd, which is this Friday, 2005, the only September 2nd in 2005 ever (which isn't a big deal but let's pretend) will be an invite only videogame tournament. Why invite only? Because I'm having trouble getting this off the ground and I want some people to be there to feed me ideas and go back and forth with all evening. If you really want to come and you actually think you really have a good idea then let me know and I'll give it some thought. If I know you, chances are I won't have a problem with it. So, all you videogame freaks out there, let me know where you're at! I got the basics down, but I need to know how to make it successful so it can pay for itself and for the midnight movies. I hate talking economics but this shit aint free...freedom is though...next time you see a shirt or bumpersticker proclaiming otherwise, rip it off. Freedom isn't free...I guess only if you refer to freedom as military imperialism...you dumb twats. End rant.
The movie begins at Midnight, get there at 11:30...or 11:45...or 11:59. The movie being shown is The End of Suburbia and I think (emphasis on think) that we'll have a special "guest" (emphasis on guest) who will discuss the movie (emphasis on the) and then possibly sit around and do a question answer afterwards. Cool?
By the way, where are all you insomniacs? How come you aren't coming to this? I don't care if you wear pajamas to this or just boxers or whatever...I really don't care, it's the westcott community center...shit you could probably come ass naked if you wanted to. Come on!
