Linked above is a partial video of John McCain's announcement of his economic plan in Pennsylvania. I couldn't find a better video of the full speech. However, linked below is a pretty good summary of John McCain's economic plan, with some comparisons to Barack Obama's.

Several similarities exist between them so don't jump to conclusions until you look at the comparisons. There have been a number of people to laud some particular aspect of a plan as real progress without mentioning that it is in both party platforms. Misdirection is often more effective than outright fabrication. Watch for it.
