Question for kitchen staffers: Since Paddy's out of commission and nearly everyone else involved is recovering from port to a greater or lesser degree, Malcolm is generally inclined to take it upon himself to basically run the dinner shift, even if Iroh is still officially warden in charge of kitchen matters. (He grudgingly accepts Iroh's authority in this.) Anyone mind? Feel free to assume that he runs the operation with his usual blend of charm and terror, and that he's also adjusting what's being served to the size of the staff. There may be a day or two of sandwiches again.
