Anti and pro vamp filters

Technically, Batboy isn't a vampire. However, he is a genetic hybrid of a vampire bat and a human, and as a blood drinker, he has the qualities people are frequently trying to avoid or specifically contact when they filter to or from vampires.

So the question is, should I have him able to see things filtered to vamps/not see things filtered away, or not? Thoughts? Preferences?
