Discworld is the best. Some of my books are kind of beaten up from me reading them so many times, hahaha.

Oh man, me too. I don't have most of mine with me here, but my collection at home is huuuuge. I'm trying to reread most of the Watch books on the computer, though, so I can get Angua's canon reviewing in.

They actually sell Russian translations of Discworld books in a bookstore I've been to a few times, so I'm planning on using that to help improve my skills. Hopefully it will work!

The problem with translation is, there's so much wordplay and distinctly English humor in them! I've looked at Japanese translations, but they're kind of... lacking.

Yeah, that's a big part of it. I know there are two Russian translations, with one of them being really good and one of them being kind of lacking, so I'm hoping I picked up the good one, haha.
