Who: Sergeant Harris (aka David), Narvinektralonum, Agent K, and others ( as discussed here) More tags and details will be added when the plotting is finished and I know who all exactly is going to be involved.
What: Evil flood Narvin makes psychically enslaved Sergeant Harris assault people for his entertainment until Kay takes out Narvin.
When: After this and this.
Where: various places around the Barge TBA
Warnings: Definitely violence. Probably swearing. Enslavement, sadism, and creepy mindrape.
ETA: Also, since most of these are action threads between David and others, I'll just pop Narvin into them occasionally to react to things, but otherwise let the threads be mostly two person threads to streamline things. Otherwise I'd have a lot of tags of "Narvinektralonum is watching the fight, pleased" that don't really add anything.
