Who: Vila Restal and Roy Slater aka known as the bandit and the sheriff (since they both fell overboard apparently)
Where: In the woods leading the castle and maybe later in the village square
When: starting first day of the port and ongoing
Warnings: (if necessary) Not that I know of. Disney port and all. Maybe some ridiculous taunting.
The sheriff always took the taxes down this road, right through the woods to the castle. Vila knew that, although he couldn't quite remember how. It's just how it was. He was on his own this year, but that shouldn't be a problem. The sheriff was a silly man, who never had enough guards for the huge amount of gold in the cart. Without companions, Vila might not even be able to steal all of it, but he had to try. There were plenty of people to give the gold back to, after he'd taken his modest finder's fee, for the trouble.
Vila stretched out on a broad tree limb, watching the road as far as the next curve. He had a short bow and a very short sword--they didn't go too well with running around in the woods. It was just a matter of time. If he didn't get so comfortable and fall asleep or fall out of the tree.
