Who: Zuko and "Hope"
What: Deciding to head into port. Also lulz secret identities.
When: Right after port was announced.
Where: On the Barge, in the kitchens.

He'd heard the announcement - who hadn't, really? - and had been briefed by people about what port was like, but while Zuko sort of wanted to head into port, he didn't have an inmate, and actually heading into port by himself seemed sort of stupid.
So, instead of venturing off first, he was loitering around the kitchen, sort of hoping Iroh was around, but settling for cleaning counters and washing dishes instead. It was more productive than just sitting around wondering if he should head out by himself or ask people to leave with them, and in general, he just wanted something to do. Sitting around waiting to get assigned was frustrating. He wanted to graduate an inmate and get back to the Fire Nation.
