Stephanie asked Dallas to meet her outside, and for good reason. Subtlety be damned. She knew by now that ports like these were life or death, and she wasn't about to hold back out of more habit than anything else.
A few short minutes in the bushes after leaving the barge was all she needed to change into her full Batgirl costume, utility belt, staff, escrima sticks and everything. And based on the sounds she could hear over the hills, she was glad she had brought it with her. Anyone who didn't realize she was something of a superhero by now just wasn't paying attention.
