Eddie couldn't believe it. Ten minutes back on the Barge, and it looked like this stupid dump needed him to step up and take some initiative, because the wardens sure as hell weren't. The lady responsible even said, right out, killing her would stop the Barge from going south, but would they do it? Noooo. Just a load of "sit tight while we fall to our deaths, people!"
Screw that. He wasn't going to sit back and die so the wardens could feel good about themselves. Enraged, fueled by the symbiote's aggression, Venom burst from his cabin and bounded down the corridor on the ceiling, so that he could have some element of surprise when he found that Russian bitch and her friends.
