WHO: Daniel Jackson & Libby
WHERE: The hallways of the barge
WHEN: After inmate assignments
WARNINGS: None
Juggling a cup of coffee, two books, and various papers was a bad idea. Daniel was walking down the hallway, discovering just how many hands he didn't have. It would have been a lot easier if he had just picked up the coffee later, or got the books on his way back from the library earlier. But no. Everything ran together in his mind in the same time, so he got everything at the same time. So, he really shouldn't have been surprised when he bumped into a girl, thanks to him not looking where he was going.
Papers started to spill on the floor and one of the books fell out of his hands. Fortunately, the coffee remained in the cup. "Oh man, I'm so sorry about that," Daniel said, springing down to the ground, scattering to pick up papers. He looked up from the floor, at the girl he bumped into. "Did you get any coffee on you? I knew I shouldn't have brought the drink with me." Daniel felt pretty embarrassed right now, as shown by the growing blush on his cheeks.
