After having contacted the Admiral and made the request for Franklin's powers to be fully reinstated (with the stipulation of it only being effective within range of him), Luke had made his way to a large, open area where none of the Barge's many inhabitants seemed to ever go. There was plenty of room for Frankling to maneuver. Good. If he was going to do this, Luke actually wanted the vampire to have a fair shot at showing what he could do. If Luke couldn't take him down fair, then he didn't think he'd ever be able to connect with Franklin.
Removing his shirt, he stood there towering in the middle of the square area in nothing but a pair of jeans, shoes, and a look of utter determination. He's going to take you down, Frankling, whatever it takes.
