What: A Day Few Days in the life of a free-roaming psychologist

Where: Wherever you want him to be in public. Except maybe the Engine room or the Inmate showers. Just sayin'.
Warnings & Notes: Since the Doctor is going to be up to a lot over the next few days, I'm putting up a general post for him. This is for both the characters that he has specific plans with and the ones that just need someone to talk to/unload on. No violence intended to come of this one.
