Who: Coyolxauhqui and the Fifth Doctor
What: Coyo is a little bit smitten. And impatient.
Where: The Doctor's cabin
When: Now...ish
Warnings: Typical warnings for the Aztec divinity, though no violence in this one. Hopefully.
Coyolxauhqui decided to wear bells for him. She was very fond of the Doctor; she had been from the start. He had known how to speak to her, had made it clear that he respected and understood her, and always seemed to know just what to say to her in order to quell her rage. She found that the thought of disappointing him genuinely disturbed her, and just for his sake she had made an effort to keep her violent nature in check...if only to avoid having that sad gaze of his cast her way.
Her affection for him was genuine, though confusing. Coyolxauhqui usually enjoyed her men strong and vicious, even at times cruel, though likened these companions to former conquests or allies. They were not lovers, though she was possessive of them, but the divinity simply didn't feel emotionally attached to them. The Doctor, however, was entirely different. She had never felt more vulnerable around someone before, and she was inclined to care about his well-being, even willing to put his feelings before her own.
It was strange. It was so strange that Coyolxauhqui wasn't sure how to describe how she was feeling, and had kept these emotional oddities hidden from him as best she could. She was an impatient divinity and hated delays, but she didn't know what she wanted from him in the first place.
After sitting in her cabin for a few hours after supper one night, just quietly thinking about her predicament and attempting to speak to her brothers without any success, Coyolxauhqui decided that she couldn't spend another moment alone. She was going to visit her guide. Bundled still in the poncho the Admiral had left in her room, she frowned and waited for him to answer her call, hoping that he would hear the knock on his door. There was always the chance that he had forgotten about the outside world again.
