What: Serious warden/inmate business is serious.

Ray knew this conversation would have to happen eventually, but to be honest, he's been sort of avoiding it. He thought he would gain Ardent's trust first, or at least try to, and figure out who he was dealing with before he would go and confronted Ardent about the things in his file. Well, he supposes he's managed to do at least a little bit of that, so now is as good a time as any to have this argument.
Ray's in the library, slouching in one of the armchairs in a quiet corner away from the more frequented areas. He'd like some privacy for this. Ardent's file is lying on a side table next to him. He's drumming his fingers on the armrest, waiting for his inmate to show up.
