Who: Armand St. Just, Loki and the great (simulated) outdoors
What: camping! It seems to work for everyone else.
Where: CES
Warnings: None yet, but who knows...
Notes: There will be a bit of hand-wavy gun safety instruction. Armand had a good teacher. This doesn't mean he's a good teacher. Mostly expect them to talk a lot--they need to--and get up to mildly amusing shenanigans feeding themselves, etc. for a few days.
Armand packed carefully: the gun with its supplies, a few blankets rolled up tight together, clothing (including some of his new clothes which washed well he had to admit) and his old journal instead of the video communicator in case he needed to reach anyone, and Marigold. Probably not the best idea, but he hated to leave her on her own. Packing complete and stuffed into a satchel, he planned to meet Loki after breakfast. He felt optimistic about this adventure, and with the little god, he felt utterly safe. That was a big thing. He wasn't sure who else on board he was comfortable with at the moment.
He waited by the door to the upper levels for his inmate. His imagining of the next few days was probably far too perfect, but this was the safest way to redeem his promise about the gun. He wanted this time. To clear up what needed to be said and done and get a firm footing for the rest of Loki's rehabilitation. Armand prayed fervently that it would, at last, be possible.
