Post-Port Relaxing

Who: Morgan, Charlie, ??? (ask if you want to come in)
Where: The pool
When: After Morgan's died and returned to the Barge

There were very few methods for relaxing that Morgan openly indulged. Sometimes she'd go to the spa, but always felt out of place there -- she also didn't like all the faceless attendants putting their hands all over her. The Gymnasium was new, and interesting, but generally not her cup of tea.

The pool, on the other hand? Now, she was not familiar with the notion of purposely building a hole in the ground just for swimming around in, but when there was no ocean, it definitely served the purpose she put it to. Still strange, but sometimes, floating around in warm water was all she needed to bring herself back to a state of mind that'd been in her back when the ship she sailed was her own, when a good wind in her sails would get her to fine taverns, family, riches, and sport.

And after dying for the second time since coming to the Barge, she'd decided now was one of those times that she needed this.

She sat a few feet from the pool's edge, unlacing her boots. On a bench close by, a change of clothes sat, including her jacket and another shirt and pair of trousers. The room was empty and echoing with the movement of water, and the air was thick and warm -- no smell of salt like she fondly remembered of the Caribbean, but at least it felt similar. Closing her eyes briefly, she inhaled, feeling that her nerves were settling even before touching the water.
