Who: Buffy Summers, Tony Stark [Closed-ish? PM if you really want in.]
What: Tony's jumped at the opportunity to give the new blonde girl the 'full tour.' Yeah, you can all stop looking surprised now.
When: Backdated to Thursday evening (shortly after Buffy's arrival)
Where: Starting outside the gymnasium, level 4, but going... all over.
Warnings: Tony being himself.
Given that she was only a few doors down from where she'd be meeting her mysterious tour guide, Buffy took a moment poking around the gym to see exactly what it had to offer. She reasoned, after all, that she'd probably be spending a lot of her downtime in there. No reason to get rusty on her Slayer skills just because she was technically off that particular job here.
Still weird to think about.
She could hardly remember a time when she'd let herself pretend even for an extended moment that she was really off-duty. It made her feel like she was turning her back on something, to even toy with the thought now, though she reminded herself there were more than enough Slayers out there to cover for her. And they had Faith to help train them, and all of Xander and Willow and company's guidance too, and...
And you're here for Dawn's sake, she reminded herself as she wandered back into the hallway, and leaned on the door, arms folded. And after everything, it doesn't seem that much to ask to do just one thing that's for her, instead of for ... everyone in the world.
It didn't help take away that edge of disappointment in herself. Which only made her more determined to excel at the job she had to do here.
So getting a tour was a good first step - even if the guy who had offered it might have sounded a bell or two on her sleaze radar. She figured she'd reserve judgment until she met him face to face.
