What: Facilier is all grown up and committing his first Barge murder.
Where: Somewhere around Booth's room - wherever Facilier can best get him alone. Later, Facilier's room.

It had been weeks since John Wilkes Booth had shown up with the new slew of inmates, bringing a condescending drawl and the exact kind of sneering bigotry Facilier would expect from the man who had shot President Lincoln. The port everyone seemed to be calling "Masterworld" and the subsequent drama had taken some of the edge off, but Facilier had far from forgotten his threats to the man, or the plans he'd started developing almost immediately. If anything, it gave him more time to do a little reading, a little research - to get a feeling for exactly how Booth could best be hurt. And he intended to take full advantage of this knowledge.
Facilier took his dinner at the same time Booth did, keeping himself out of the other man's sight. The man didn't appear to have many friends yet, which made it easy to double back and subtly follow Booth towards his room. He made sure they were free of any passersby, and in an appropriate location for what was to come, before he pretended he had just spotted the other man.
"Ah, beggin' your pardon, Mr. Booth." Faux-politeness with just enough of a sneer that he knew the assassin would have to respond.
