WHO: Jim Kirk, Spock, and Uhura
WHAT: Spock and Uhura are probably having a touching couply moment. And Kirk crashes it. Because he's a jerk.
WHEN: Today
WARNINGS: I doubt it.
Jim Kirk was no stranger to doing stupid and reckless things. He used to ride his motorbike around with no helmet. Roam around the Midwest looking for fights and fucks wherever he could find them. He drove a car off of a cliff at the ripe age of eight. He generally defined himself by the levels of reckless things that he could do and pull through with nothing more than a few scratches and maybe a broken bone or two.
This... wasn't something that he was sure that he'd be able to walk away from.
If Bones had been here, then Kirk wouldn't have hesitated going to him. But he wasn't and it took him hours of sitting around the doctor's room, as his own was the site of last night's disaster and he didn't want to be in there, before he finally gave in and got up. Sam said this was going to get really bad. It wasn't that bad so far, he could deal with being irritable and accidentally knocking things over. That wasn't the problem. He knew what withdrawal looked like but the Winchester had made it pretty clear that this wasn't like a normal drug addiction.
Spock was the next best option, in lieu of a doctor that he trusted. Because Spock was smart and Vulcans knew all kinds of crazy shit so maybe, just maybe he'd know how to cure people of blood addiction. It was worth a shot.
Kirk made his way to his First Officer's room, shifting his weight in the hallway for nearly a minute before he knocked. "Spock? It's Jim."
